We’ve put answered some FAQs about our Photo Days and online ordering process so that you have all the most necessary information.

Photo day FAQs

Do I need to anything before Photo Day?

We will require some assistance with registering your child before the big day. This is to ensure that we have the correct name for the photos and that the relevant parent and guardians have access to each child’s photos.

Around a week before the club Photo Day, we’ll send you an email with a pre-registration form.This will include your child’s name, team information and your contact information. All we need you to confirm these details are correct, or amend if necessary.

Pre-registering before photo day will minimise the time needed on the day to photograph your child (we aim for around one minute per player) and avoid standing in line to register.

Where did you get my details from?

The nature of hosting a photography session will require us to collect some information in advance of the photoshoot to maximise safety of the photographs, especially those of children. For this reason we will at times ask for contact information to be supplied in advance of a photoshoot by the club. This is part of our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.

What happens if I don’t pre-register my child before Photo Day?

 If you don’t manage to complete the pre-registration form before Photo Day, we can still photograph your child. However, the process will take a little longer than our one minute per player aim, as the assistant will need to register the details on the system manually.

What should I do if I have more than one child with different time slot?

If you have children in more than one group with different time slots, come to one slot and we’ll take all of your photos there and then to save you time.

What happens if my child arrives later than the assigned time slot? 

If a player arrives late we will make sure they are photographed, however they may have to wait until we have finished photographing the scheduled team.

Can I buy photos on the day?

We are unable to provide photos for purchase on the day. It is after Photo Day where our team of skilled designers will create multiple image designs with your child’s photo.

You will only pay for your images once you have viewing them on our web shop and placing your order.

How do I view my child’s photos?

We use secure access codes to ensure photos of each child only go to the relevant parents or guardians.

This means everyone will receive a unique link to view their photos. When our design team have created your photos, you will be sent your unique link. This will either be a text, or an email. Simply click on the link and you will be taken to our web store where you’ll create an account.

I have more than one child who was photographed and used the same contact details for their photos. Will I need to create multiple accounts?

If more than one person was photographed with your contact details, you should receive a separate link for each set of images. Once logged in to the web shop, click the links in any extra emails or SMS you have received to add the extra photos to your account.

How do I place an order?

All photos, gifts and our other product offerings are purchased exclusively through our web store. We have put together a convenient how to order guide that gives you a step-by-step process on ordering through your mobile or desktop.

We employ advanced encryption techniques to protect your sensitive information, including your payment information, to ensure your data is safe from the moment you enter it until your order is complete.

How are my photos delivered?

You will have two delivery options to choose from at checkout. After your secure code is sent out you will have a 2 week window to order for FREE club delivery, where we will deliver photos to the club.

Alternatively, you can opt for home delivery at any time for an additional delivery cost.

When will my order arrive?

Club Legends strives to provide you the best possible images with a great turn around time.

For FREE club delivery, we aim to get the photos to the club between 3 to 4 weeks after the secure codes have been sent out to parents. Home delivery orders usually take around a week (5 working days) to arrive.

Do I have to place an order?

With our no obligation to buy guarantee, no payment is required on the day. You will only pay for your images once you have viewing them on our web shop and placing your order.
